Return and Exchange Policy

As Lidya Detector, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a transparent and user-friendly return and exchange policy for our products.

Return Conditions

• You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product.
• The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and complete. All accessories and documents (warranty certificate, invoice, etc.) must be sent with the return.
• Returns of used, damaged or missing products are not accepted.

Change Conditions

• The product must be eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original packaging, complete and unused.
• Exchange requests are processed depending on stock availability. For products that are out of stock, alternative models may be offered or a refund may be made.

Return Process

1. You can send us your return or exchange request via our communication channels .
2. Once your request is approved, you can send the product to us free of charge via our contracted cargo company.
3. Once we receive the product, the return process is initiated and the product is inspected.
4. If your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 5-10 business days.

The Process of Change

1. Once your exchange request is approved, a new product will be sent to you.
2. Exchange time may vary depending on stock availability.
